Huelva approves 430 new homes to boost housing supply

The Huelva City Council has approved the initial Interior Reform Plan (PRI) for the Seminary plot, a move intended to expand the city's housing supply. This project will facilitate the construction of 330 social housing units.

In addition to the Seminary project, the local government has authorized two private developments totaling 100 homes. These initiatives aim to address housing accessibility and prepare the city for anticipated growth driven by ongoing industrial and economic investments in the region.
