Huelva Bar Association names training classroom after Fernando Vergel

The Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Huelva (ICAH) has inaugurated a new training classroom named ‘Fernando Vergel Araújo’ to honor the former dean and his extensive career in the legal profession.

Vergel, who has dedicated sixty years to the practice of law and held various leadership roles within the institution for 45 years, was present at the ceremony alongside family, colleagues, and the current dean, Antonio Bernal. Bernal emphasized Vergel’s commitment and service to the institution, noting that naming a space dedicated to professional development after him serves as a lasting recognition of his legacy.

Vergel expressed his satisfaction with the tribute, particularly noting the significance of his name being associated with a space intended for the continuous training and professional growth of future and current lawyers.
