Huelva digital creators launch videopodcast to promote city image
The Huelva City Council has launched a new videopodcast series titled ‘Huelva en Valor’ to explore how social media influences the city's image. The first episode, recorded at the Centro de la Comunicación Jesús Hermida, features local digital creators Sergio Pascual (La Esencia de Huelva), Kiko Oliva (Más de Huelva que un choco), and Laura Bragado (Huelva Foodie).
The creators discussed how digital platforms allow residents to showcase Huelva's gastronomy, traditions, and urban landscapes using modern communication codes. Huelva Mayor Pilar Miranda noted that these creators help residents discover and value local sites, which is particularly important during the city's current period of economic and social transformation.
The videopodcast initiative is part of a three-part series. Subsequent episodes are planned to address topics including mental health, emotional management, and professional skills such as job interview preparation.
