In the education sector, the budget allocates 9,811 million euros for non-university education, representing a 5.05% increase. The plan includes a 15% increase for morning classrooms, improved school dining services, and enhanced school transport in rural areas.

Public universities in Andalusia are set to receive 1,979 million euros, a 10.5% increase from the previous year. This includes 137.3 million euros in ordinary funding and 50 million euros in loans for extraordinary infrastructure and investments, which carry interest rates between 1% and 1.9%.

In Huelva, the budget projects an investment of 419.8 million euros. Health services will receive 48.3 million euros, with 28.9 million euros specifically earmarked for the Materno Infantil hospital. Additionally, the budget includes provisions for the Aracena health center and the ongoing development of the Hospital de la Costa in Lepe.
