Huge Bostäder AB begins temporary parking construction at Storängen

Huge Bostäder AB has commenced work to establish 300 temporary parking spaces at Storängen. This initiative is designed to accommodate tenants of the Paradisgaraget during its upcoming renovation period.

The Paradisgaraget facility is scheduled to close for renovations in January 2027. Following the completion of the project in autumn 2028, the garage will feature 160 additional spaces, solar panels, and improved electric vehicle charging capabilities. The project is part of a broader development plan for Huddinge Centrum, which includes the future opening of a new municipal building and library.

Construction of the temporary parking area, which involves leveling the surface and laying ground cloth and gravel, is expected to be completed by mid-November.
