While the fourth season is expected to serve as a conclusion to the primary narrative following characters like Juliette Nichols, played by Rebecca Ferguson, Howey suggests the world-building allows for significant expansion.

One proposed spin-off involves exploring a different community, such as ‘Silo 40’, during the same time period as the main events. This would allow for a look at how other inhabitants manage isolation and systemic control. Other possibilities mentioned include prequels that delve into the history of the universe.
