Hugo and Guilherme record live DVD in Aruanã, Brazil, before 20,000 fans

Brazilian duo Hugo and Guilherme filmed the audiovisual project “Colecionando Momentos” on Saturday the 18th at Praia dos Índios in Aruanã, northern Goiás, beside the Rio Araguaia. The event featured 18 previously unreleased songs and drew more than 20,000 attendees.

The recording was part of the Rio Araguaia season, opened by the duo Rafa and Junior, and concluded with a performance in Praça Couto Magalhães.

After the show, vocalist Guilherme responded to online criticism of his stage outfit, saying the look was deliberate and citing the 1976 appearance of sertanejo artists João Mineiro and Marciano as a precedent.
