Huimilpan public lighting project begins in Taponas
The expansion of the public lighting network on the access road to the Taponas community in Huimilpan, Querétaro, has officially commenced. The project involves an investment of one million pesos, which was managed by Deputy Ginna Guzmán through legislative funds designated for municipal social works.
The initiative is expected to directly benefit 1,950 residents and improve safety conditions for both pedestrians and motorists using the route. Guzmán noted that the total resources she has secured from the Congress for various projects in Huimilpan exceed five million pesos during 2026, and she is currently working on further budget requests for 2027.
