Huixquilucan sees surge in real estate investment and new developments

Huixquilucan is experiencing significant real estate and economic expansion. The government of the State of Mexico has authorized the construction of two vertical condominium complexes, Puerta del Río 1 and Puerta del Río 2, as part of the La Palma urban complex. This development involves Inmobiliaria Alfa 87, S. A. de C. V. and Residencial Bosques Huixquilucan, S. A. de C. V. The authorization includes the modification of ten lots and covers approximately 832 residential units through relotting.

In a related development, Mayor Romina Contreras Carrasco announced that private investment in the municipality has exceeded 2.65 billion dollars. This growth is attributed to legal certainty and improved public services. As part of this investment trend, Grupo Bosque Real presented the Karl Lagerfeld Residences project, which is part of a portfolio of seven developments within Bosque Real inspired by international brands.
