Hull City agrees €20 million deal for Rayo Vallecano defender Nobel Mendy

Hull City has submitted a bid of €20 million in fixed fees plus €5 million in performance‑related variables to sign 21‑year‑old Senegalese centre‑back Nobel Mendy from Rayo Vallecano. The Spanish club originally acquired Mendy from Real Betis for around €3 million and retained a 20 percent resale clause, which would net Betis an additional €4 million from the Hull City offer. The transfer is still pending official confirmation from both clubs.
