Hulu cancels crime dramedy ‘Deli Boys’ after two seasons

Hulu has cancelled the crime dramedy series ‘Deli Boys’ after two seasons. Produced by Disney’s Onyx Collective and 20th Television, the show followed two Pakistani-American brothers who discover their late father’s secret criminal enterprise while managing his convenience stores.

Despite receiving positive reviews, the series reportedly suffered from low viewership numbers. Even with the addition of guest stars like Kumail Nanjiani, Lilly Singh, and Fred Armisen in the second season, the show failed to reach the audience levels required for a third season or appear in Nielsen’s top streaming rankings.

Both seasons are currently available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
