Hulu developing spy drama series The Parsifal Mosaic

Hulu is developing a new drama series based on Robert Ludlum’s 1982 spy novel, ‘The Parsifal Mosaic’. The project is being created by Legendary Entertainment and will be written by Wes Tooke.

Sam Worthington and Sofia Carson are set to star in and executive produce the adaptation. The story follows Michael Havelock, a CIA field agent who attempts to leave the service only to discover a global conspiracy involving his partner, Jenna Karas.

Seth Gordon is attached to direct and will also serve as an executive producer. Other executive producers include Wes Tooke, Ben Smith, and Jeffrey Weiner of Captivate Entertainment. While previous film adaptations were previously in development with directors such as Ron Howard and Zhang Yimou, those projects did not proceed. No official release date or production timeline has been announced.
