Hulu true crime series Get Huge: Looksmaxxing to Death revealed

The upcoming Hulu and Disney+ docuseries, “Get Huge: Looksmaxxing to Death,” is a three-part true crime investigation into the extreme worlds of looksmaxxing, experimental biohacking, and social media influencer culture. While previously rumored to be a documentary centered on influencer Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, reports indicate Peters appears only briefly.

The series focuses on broader themes of aggressive physical enhancement and investigates the death of Laith Abdullah Algaz, known as Leo & Longevity, who was found dead in Thailand in 2023. The production also examines the life of Tony Huge, a controversial figure in the biohacking community.

The project follows a legal dispute in which Peters issued a cease-and-desist to Disney and Hulu after filmmakers Jennings Brown and James Kristofik filmed him without permission at a New York Fashion Week event. The docuseries is directed by Stacey Lee and produced by Boardwalk Pictures and Hyperobject Industries, with Adam McKay serving as an executive producer. It is scheduled to debut on November 10.
