Human Act Prize 2026 adds Community Synergy Project category

The Human Act Prize 2026 has officially introduced a new category titled ‘Community Synergy Project’. This addition aims to recognize and honor models that connect diverse resources into a resilient collective strength.

Centered on the theme ‘Synergy for a Sustainable Community’, the prize shifts focus away from individual efforts toward substantive collaborations between businesses, government authorities, experts, and citizens. The goal is to address complex social issues such as livelihoods, the environment, and education through shared responsibility and coordinated mechanisms.

To identify deserving projects, the judging panel will utilize a set of standard criteria including commitment, sustainability, creativity, impact, and scalability. These will be used alongside category-specific criteria to evaluate how effectively a project mobilizes various resources to create lasting social value.
