Human Resources Development Fund employs 329,000 citizens in H1 2026

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) reported that 329,000 citizens were employed during the first half of 2026, marking a 23% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This growth aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program.

During this period, the fund provided approximately 4.9 billion riyals in direct support to individuals and enterprises for training, empowerment, and guidance programs. The total number of beneficiaries from the fund's services exceeded 1.69 million citizens.

Additionally, more than 171,000 enterprises across various sectors and regions in the Kingdom benefited from the fund's services, representing a 25% growth compared to the previous year. Notably, small, medium, and micro-enterprises accounted for 95% of these beneficiary entities.

Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juaweeni, General Manager of the fund, stated that these results reflect the leadership's focus on investing in human capital as a pillar of national development. He emphasized the fund's ongoing collaboration with government and private sector entities to develop flexible solutions that enhance national workforce readiness.
