Human resources professionals adopt AI and field-based strategies

Human resources professionals are exploring new ways to integrate technology and field experience into their practices. In Montmagny, the Comité innovation Montmagny-L’Islet is hosting a practical workshop on November 18 to teach HR professionals how to use artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Mistral to improve efficiency and simplify daily tasks within SMEs. The session will be led by Jean-Baptiste Audrerie, co-founder of the HR tech consultancy NEXARH.

In Paris, during The HR Influence Event, Fabian Caldarella of Artemys emphasized the importance of field-based influence in human resources. Caldarella argued that effective HR strategies must be rooted in daily operational realities, such as recruitment and employer branding, to ensure that professional advice remains applicable and grounded in the practical constraints faced by managers and teams.
