Humanitarian initiatives raise funds in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Various humanitarian initiatives have taken place in Bosnia and Herzegovina to support vulnerable populations and medical patients.
In Tomislavgrad, the Franciscan Youth organized the third edition of the ‘Pustite malene k meni’ humanitarian concert. The event featured musical performances by artists including Stjepan Lacho and Albina Grčić. Proceeds from ticket sales and donations support the Kap ljubavi spiritual-humanitarian association, which provides aid to those in need within Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to children and orphanages in Bolivia, Benin, and Nigeria.
Additionally, residents of the village of Kolo near Tomislavgrad raised 3,000 KM during a traditional community gathering. The funds are designated for the construction of the ‘Kuća nade’ (House of Hope) in Mostar, a project intended to provide accommodation and support for oncology patients and their families during treatment.
