Humanitarian initiatives support women and patients in Belgrade and Mostar

Various humanitarian initiatives are underway to support women and vulnerable populations in the Balkans. In Belgrade, Mrs Universe Monaco Isidora Ranković launched the ‘Dare to Dream’ campaign with a visit to the Safe House (Sigurna kuća). The initiative provided donations of household appliances, hygiene products, and toys for women and children seeking safety. Ranković stated her goal is to move beyond messaging to provide concrete support and encourage young girls to pursue ambitions regardless of their circumstances.

In Mostar, a donor evening was held to raise funds for the construction of ‘Kuća nade’ (House of Hope), a project by the ‘Svjetlo nade’ Foundation. The facility aims to provide accommodation, security, and support for individuals undergoing oncological treatment and their families. The event included various political and social figures, emphasizing solidarity and community responsibility in supporting those facing severe health challenges.
