Hu’Morde-me Humor Festival returns to Oliveira do Bairro

The 9th edition of the Hu’Morde-me Humor Festival is scheduled to take place from November 6 to 14 at the Quartel das Artes Dr. Alípio Sol in Oliveira do Bairro. The event features four shows headlined by six prominent figures from the new generation of Portuguese comedy.

The festival begins on November 6 with Hugo Sousa performing “Aqui Entre Nós.” On November 7, the show “Rumor” will feature Joana Miranda, Mariana Rosária, and Madalena Malveiro. The programming resumes on November 13 with Vítor Sá presenting “Arraial,” followed by the festival's closing show on November 14, featuring Diogo Batáguas with his stand-up performance “Optimista Céptico.”

Local authorities describe the festival as a key cultural event for the Central region, aimed at promoting national comedy and driving cultural dynamism within the municipality.
