Huấn Hoa Hồng's Charity Provides Only 24 Water Tanks in Lai Châu

The People's Committee of Mường Than commune in Lai Châu province confirmed that the charity team led by Bui Xuan Huan, known online as Huấn Hoa Hồng, delivered 24 water tanks to the local authorities. No cash donations or other gifts were recorded, and the commune does not have a list of households that received direct assistance. The tanks remain under commune management and have not yet been distributed to residents.

Huấn Hoa Hồng is a high‑profile Vietnamese social‑media influencer with millions of followers on Facebook and TikTok. He has recently been involved in public disputes with other TikTok personalities and has sought to demonstrate transparency by providing bank statements of the charity fund. Police conducted a house search on 7 August as part of the investigation.
