HUN Yenilenebilir Enerji announces 1 billion TL capital increase

HUN Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A.Ş. has decided to implement a 100% rights issue to strengthen its equity structure. The company plans to increase its current issued capital from 1 billion TL to 2 billion TL through a cash-based capital increase.

The increase will consist of 172.4 million TL in Group A registered shares, which will not be traded on the exchange, and 827.6 million TL in Group B bearer shares, which will be tradable on Borsa Istanbul. Existing shareholders will be granted new subscription rights at a nominal value of 1 TL, with a usage period of 15 days.

Any unused subscription rights will be offered for sale on the Borsa Istanbul Primary Market for two business days. Orhun Kartal has provided a commitment to purchase any remaining shares that are not sold during this period. The company will apply to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and other relevant institutions to finalize the process.
