Hung Yen Party Secretary holds dialogue with residents of 11 communes

Pham Quang Ngoc, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, chaired a direct dialogue session with residents from 11 communes on October 2. The meeting focused on addressing practical grassroots issues including agriculture, irrigation, land use, the environment, healthcare, education, social security, and transportation.

During the session, 15 specific opinions were recorded from residents of communes such as Thai Thuy, Thuy Anh, and others. Secretary Ngoc noted that while many policies have been issued, there are limitations in communication and implementation, which prevents citizens from fully benefiting from them. He instructed relevant departments to ensure policies are implemented effectively and reach the correct subjects.

Regarding infrastructure, Ngoc addressed requests for village cultural houses, noting that while these are legitimate needs, the province must prioritize projects that drive double-digit economic growth. Other topics discussed included land use certificate issuance, capital allocation for key projects, and policies for grassroots officials.
