Hung Yen police detain individuals following Ketamine raid

Hung Yen provincial police have issued emergency detention orders for two women following a drug raid in Dai Dong commune. At approximately 00:40 on September 27, local police inspected a residence belonging to Pham Thi Linh, where they discovered a group of four individuals—three women and one man—using Ketamine in the kitchen.

Authorities seized over 1.4g of suspected Ketamine along with various related items, including a white plastic bag containing a white substance, a porcelain plate coated with white powder, and a rolled 10,000 VND note used as a straw. Other items recovered at the scene included a citizen identity card with white powder residue, a Harman Kardon speaker, a light effect lamp, and a lighter.

During questioning, three of the individuals—Pham Thi Linh, Pham Thanh Thu, and Vu Huu Khai—admitted to using Ketamine. The fourth individual, Pham Thi Thuy Trang, stated she was sleeping in the kitchen due to alcohol intoxication and did not use drugs.
