Hung Yen Police resume drug trafficking investigation

The Hung Yen Provincial Police Investigation Agency has announced the resumption of a criminal investigation regarding an illegal drug trafficking case that occurred on December 18, 2018, in Thai Binh Ward, Hung Yen.

Authorities have issued an investigation conclusion regarding the suspect, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Minh (born 1983). Minh has been wanted since a warrant was issued on February 28, 2019, by the criminal judgment execution agency. The police have published legal documents online to notify the suspect and urge her to surrender to the police or Vietnamese representative offices abroad to receive leniency under state policy.
