Hungarian academic programs announce research events and scholarships

The Hungarian academic sector is launching several initiatives for students and researchers. The SZTE Faculty of Agriculture will host Researchers' Night on September 25, 2026, at its Hódmezővásárhely campus. The event features 22 programs, including drone demonstrations, artificial intelligence presentations, laboratory experiments, and botanical tours, designed to explore agriculture, genetics, and sustainability.

Additionally, the LIWO Group and Óbuda University are continuing their joint scholarship program, ‘LIWO for the Talents of the Future’. The ten-month initiative provides three students with professional mentorship, scientific research preparation, and international experience. Participants receive a monthly scholarship of 100,000 HUF to support their professional development alongside their studies.
