Hungarian castles and Polish‑Hungarian cultural tour draw visitors in summer

A travel guide highlights a selection of Hungary's most scenic historic castles for summer trips, recommending sites such as Visegrád, Füzér, Hollókő, the Balaton region and the Szigliget hilltop ruins. The guide notes that many of these fortified structures have been restored and host exhibitions, knightly shows and traditional programs.

Meanwhile, the Hungarian‑Polish Friendship Cultural Association organized a three‑day excursion around Nyíregyháza. Guided by Leszkó Małgorzata and Leszkó Pál, participants visited the Nyíregyháza Animal Park, home to around 600 animal species, and the open‑air Sóstó Museum Village, which showcases traditional Szabolcs‑Szatmár‑Bereg architecture and rural life.
