Hungarian Chamber of Commerce leadership reacts to Parragh allegations
The leadership of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) has issued a formal resolution rejecting allegations made by former president László Parragh. Following the leak of a letter sent by Parragh to nearly 200 recipients, including national and regional chamber leaders, the MKIK presidency held an extraordinary meeting to address the matter.
In the leaked document, Parragh criticized the current leadership and President Elek Nagy, accusing the organization of being ruined by a “stupid company of nobodies.” He further alleged financial misconduct, claiming that funds from both KAVOSZ and the MKIK were stolen. The MKIK presidency stated they were shocked by the contents of the letter and officially distanced themselves from its style, message, and specific claims.
