Hungarian forint strengthens against major currencies

The Hungarian forint strengthened against major international currencies during Wednesday morning trading. Compared to Tuesday evening rates, the forint gained value against the euro, the US dollar, and the Swiss franc.

The euro's exchange rate decreased from 362.75 HUF to 362.09 HUF, approaching the 362 psychological threshold. Similarly, the US dollar fell from 317.35 HUF to 316.88 HUF. The Swiss franc also weakened from 386.01 HUF to 385.53 HUF. These movements were accompanied by minor corrections in the euro-to-dollar exchange rate, which shifted from 1.1431 to 1.1427.
