Hungarian forint strengthens against major currencies

The Hungarian forint has strengthened against major international currencies in recent trading sessions. On Tuesday morning, the forint rose against the euro, which was quoted at 364.74 HUF, down from 365.01 HUF on Monday evening. The US dollar also saw a decrease, falling from 327.08 HUF to 326.42 HUF, while the Swiss franc dipped from 391.85 HUF to 391.66 HUF.

Despite geopolitical tensions involving missile attacks and airstrikes in other regions, the forint has maintained resilience. Since the beginning of the year, the currency has seen an appreciation of over five percent against both the euro and the Swiss franc, and approximately half a percent against the US dollar.
