Hungarian media personalities discuss mental health and personal life

Former TV2 presenter Csaba Azurák has returned to hosting duties through a podcast for the Kék Vonal Gyermekkrízis Alapítvány. In the program, titled ‘Beszélj róla!’, Azurák hosted a roundtable discussion featuring ultra-marathon runners Szilvi Lubics and Tibor Erős, alongside mental hygiene expert Evelyndie Asiama. The discussion focused on the relationship between sports and mental health, addressing topics such as the pressure for performance, the responsibilities of coaches and parents, and how physical activity can assist during difficult life periods.

Separately, singer Zoltán Bereczki shared personal reflections during an appearance on the ‘Nincs Kamu!’ podcast with Anita Ábel. Bereczki discussed his emotional journey following two divorces and the psychological pressures of performing, including the loneliness felt before stepping onto a stage. He noted that despite the success of his recent concert at the Arena, he continues to experience significant emotional fluctuations.
