Hungarian municipalities announce new rental and leasing tenders

Municipalities in Hungary have announced new tender opportunities for residential and commercial leasing.

The Municipality of Dombóvár is seeking applicants for the rental rights of a 32 m² apartment located at Platán tér 5. 3. /2. The monthly rent is set at 28,143 HUF, with additional costs for utilities and management. To qualify, applicants must meet specific income requirements, including a minimum per-person income of 114,000 HUF, and must have no outstanding debts to the municipality.

Simultaneously, the Józsefváros Municipality has launched a public tender for organizations performing community-oriented tasks. This tender offers discounted rental rates for non-residential municipal properties. Eligible organizations include those involved in healthcare prevention, social and charitable services, education, culture, sports, and elderly care. The tender includes several specific properties, such as a location on Hungária körút and another on Karácsony S. u., intended to support the development and social fabric of the district.
