Debreceni VSC and MTK Budapest draw 2-2 amid MTK illness outbreak
In the Hungarian OTP Bank Liga, Debreceni VSC and MTK Budapest played to a 2-2 draw during the sixth round. MTK faced significant challenges due to a widespread gastrointestinal virus within their squad, which forced several players to miss the match or fall ill during travel. Despite these setbacks, MTK took a twice-lead through two goals by Gábor Jurek, including one from a penalty.
