Hungarian universities open new research and education facilities

Several Hungarian universities have inaugurated new facilities aimed at enhancing higher education, research, and industry cooperation.

The Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) has officially opened the Tessedik Sámuel Education and Research Center in Szarvas. This development is part of a broader effort to rebuild the university's presence in the region, following investments exceeding 1.5 billion forint. The new center includes three teaching spaces, 11 workstations, and new offices to consolidate educational and research activities.

In Győr, Széchenyi István University has opened a new Logistics Innovation Workshop supported by Waberer’s. This facility serves as the site for the Waberer’s Transport and Logistics Competence Center, focusing on research, education, and demonstration. The partnership aims to provide students with practical experience on real corporate tasks, including dual training and projects involving artificial intelligence.
