Hungarian university applicants hold admission score parties in Eger and Kecskemét
On July 23, 2026, prospective university students gathered in two Hungarian cities for organized “point‑waiting” parties. In Eger, the Eszterházy Károly Catholic University and the Heves County Chamber of Commerce hosted an event at the Eszterházy Square beginning at 18:00, featuring music blocks, a Kahoot! quiz, information sessions on admissions and alternative entry routes, and the official announcement of admission score thresholds at 20:00, followed by a dance program.
Meanwhile, in Kecskemét, the Neumann János University Student Government held a similar gathering at the ClicHé venue, also starting at 18:00. Attendees received details about dormitories, freshman camps, and student life, enjoyed live performances by local bands, and awaited the score announcement before socialising into the evening. Both events aimed to inform and integrate future students into university communities.
