Hungarian women's water polo teams face mixed Champions League qualifier results

Hungarian women's water polo teams faced mixed results in the Champions League qualifiers. UVSE secured a place in the main tournament despite a 15-18 loss to Italy's Pallanuoto Trieste, following a previous victory against Spandau Berlin.

Dunaújváros (DFVE) failed to qualify for the main stage after a narrow 13-14 defeat against the Dutch side ZV De Zaan. This loss followed a one-goal defeat to Rapallo Pallanuoto. Consequently, Dunaújváros will continue their international campaign in the Euro Cup. In the match against ZV De Zaan, Kenéz scored four goals for the Hungarian side, while Rybanska and Borsi also contributed to the scoring effort.
