Hungarian youth sports teams report mixed weekend results

Various Hungarian youth sports teams reported mixed results across recent weekend competitions in volleyball and football.

In volleyball, UTE's youth teams saw significant success. The U20 Lila team secured two 3-0 victories against Szolnoki SPC and MATE-GEAC Zöld. The U20 Fehér team also achieved two wins, defeating BVSC U20 3-1 and EMERICUS SE U20 3-0. Additionally, the U18 Lila team earned six points with two 3-0 wins against KESI-R. A. and MÁV Előre Kék, though coaches noted the need for sustained concentration. The U18 Fehér team experienced a split weekend, losing 3-0 to VSD U18A but recovering to win 3-2 against Eötvös DSE.

In football, III. kerületi TVE's second team dominated Nimród SE with a 7-1 victory, highlighted by a hat-trick from Ármin Horváth. While the U19 and U17 teams returned successfully from international breaks, the U16 squad suffered a narrow loss to Mórahalom. The U15 team faced a defeat against Videoton, and the U14 team also lost to Paks.
