Hungary national football team rises in FIFA World Rankings

The Hungarian national football team has climbed one position in the latest FIFA World Rankings, moving from 39th to 38th place with 1511.24 points. This improvement follows a significant 2–1 away victory against Ukraine in Trnava.

In contrast, the Ukrainian national team dropped three places, falling from 33rd to 36th in the rankings. The results of the UEFA Nations League have also impacted other teams in the group: Northern Ireland rose six places to 64th following a 0–0 draw with Georgia, while Georgia fell two spots to 74th.

At the top of the global rankings, Spain maintains its first-place position, followed by Argentina in second and France in third. Portugal also saw an improvement, moving up two spots to fifth place.
