Hungary summer garden guide: plants that repel mosquitoes and thrive in heat

A Hungarian gardening guide lists five easy‑to‑grow plants that help keep mosquitoes away. Lemongrass, lavender, basil, rosemary and citronella‑scented geranium emit aromas that repel the insects, can be planted in pots, balconies or garden beds and work best when combined with other measures such as removing standing water.
