Hungary Women's U19 team tests against Germany and Netherlands

The Hungarian women's U19 national football team is participating in a four-team international tournament as part of their preparation for the 2027 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship, which Hungary will host. The tournament features Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, with matches held in Telki and Felcsút.

Under the guidance of head coach Tibor Gajdóczi, the Hungarian squad is scheduled to face Germany on Friday, October 9, in Telki, followed by a match against the Netherlands on Monday, October 12, at the Pancho Aréna in Felcsút. The coaching staff intends to use these high-level matchups to identify areas for development and prepare the players for faster gameplay and decision-making.

The squad has seen recent changes, with Melissza Szabó called up to the senior national team and Luca Simon sidelined due to illness. Petra Gégény and Hédi Szántó from Ferencváros have joined the roster.
