Huỳnh Hồng Loan's Ho Chi Minh City Apartment Valued Over 8 Billion VND

Actress Huỳnh Hồng Loan revealed that she bought a 90 m² apartment in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020 for about 4.5 billion VND. She says the unit is now appraised at more than 8 billion VND, not counting roughly another 1 billion VND spent on interior furnishings.

Loan described the interior as minimalist yet modern, with a neo‑classic bedroom in cream‑beige tones, a spacious dressing room, abundant natural light, and a large portrait on the wall. She emphasized the emotional value of the home, noting that each time she returns she feels a sense of peace and belonging.
