Hunt for the Wilderpeople receives 10th anniversary 4K release

A 10th anniversary 4K UHD and Blu-ray release of Taika Waititi’s film ‘Hunt for the Wilderpeople’ has been launched. The release features the story of a young boy and his foster uncle navigating the New Zealand bush while evading authorities.

The anniversary edition includes several special features, such as a behind-the-scenes featurette, a blooper reel, the original theatrical trailer, and a commentary track featuring Waititi, Sam Neill, and Julian Dennison. It also includes a new onstage anniversary Q&A session with the film’s stars and director.
