Hunter Lawrence and Chance Hymas win at Budds Creek

The penultimate round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at Budds Creek was defined by heavy rain and muddy conditions. In the 450 class, Hunter Lawrence secured a dominant overall victory with a 1-1 score in both motos. Jorge Prado finished third in both motos to secure second place in the overall standings, while Haiden Deegan took third. Jett Lawrence finished fourth overall after recovering from a difficult start.

In the 250 class, Chance Hymas claimed the overall win with a 2-1 score. The championship battle saw significant shifts due to the weather and penalties; Levi Kitchen suffered a four-position penalty that dropped him to 14th in the first moto. Consequently, Cole Davies enters the final Ironman round with a 14-point lead over Kitchen in the championship standings.
