Hunter Schafer to star in upcoming A24 vampire horror film

Actress Hunter Schafer has revealed that she will star in an upcoming vampire horror film produced by A24. Speaking at the Academy Museum gala, the ‘Euphoria’ star described the project as one of her favorite experiences to date, calling it “completely crazy” and noting the intense, uninhibited performances from the cast.

The film is directed by Arkasha Stevenson, known for ‘The First Prophecy’, and features a screenplay co-written by Stevenson and Tim Smith. Ari Aster is serving as an executive producer through his company, Square Peg. While an official title and release date have not been announced, the plot is reportedly centered around a bachelor party that descends into a nightmare.

The ensemble cast includes Emma Corrin, Sophie Wilde, Josh Hutcherson, Caleb Landry Jones, and Havana Rose Liu, among others. Although Schafer expressed excitement about the production, she remained cautious about revealing specific plot details or confirming if her character is a vampire, citing the project's current status as an ‘Untitled A24 Project’.
