Hunters PSŻ Poznań has reached the Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga final for the first time in the club's history after defeating INNPRO ROW Rybnik 51:39. The team now faces Abramczyk Polonia Bydgoszcz in a two-match series to determine promotion to the PGE Ekstraliga. If they fail to win the final, they will likely enter a playoff against Stal Gorzów.

Poznań Vice President Marcin Gołek stated that the city is prepared to invest in necessary upgrades if promotion is secured.
