Huntsville to host UCI Paracycling Road World Championships
The UCI Paracycling Road World Championships are set to take place in Huntsville, Alabama, from September 4 to September 7, 2026. The event will feature various disciplines, including individual time trials and road races, across several functional categories: conventional bicycles (C), handbikes (H), tricycles (T), and tandems (B).
The Colombian national delegation is preparing for the competition with a roster of athletes including Paula Andrea Ossa Veloza, Daniela Carolina Múnevar Flórez, Juan José Ríos Manosalva, Carlos Andrés Vargas Villanueva, César Alberto Fernández López, and Juan José Betancourt Quiroga. Additional supported athletes include Juan Andrés Gómez, Edwin Alexander Sandoval, Nelson Javier Serna, and Leonardo Favio Varón López.
