Huong Hiep commune advances digital transformation and administrative reform

Huong Hiep commune in Quang Tri province held a conference to review progress in digital transformation, administrative reform, and the implementation of Project 06 during the first eight months of 2026.

Key achievements include the successful cleaning of land data and the development of digital citizenship. All essential public services required under Project 06 have been fully deployed and integrated into the National Public Service Portal. In the healthcare sector, 93.94% of citizens with valid health insurance have integrated their electronic health records into the VNeID application, exceeding the 2026 target. Additionally, 100% of patients at the local health station now use chip-based citizen identity cards or VNeID instead of paper insurance cards. The commune has also seen significant progress in cashless payments, with 100% of social security payments for people with meritorious services and 97.7% for social protection subjects being processed via bank accounts.
