Huons to present non-clinical research at global medical conferences

Huons has announced that two of its non-clinical research results for new drug candidates have been selected as Late-Breaking Abstracts (LBA) for major upcoming global medical conferences.

One candidate, a first-in-class treatment for gastrointestinal diseases, will be presented at UEG Week in Barcelona, Spain, from October 17 to 20. The second candidate, a next-generation oral obesity treatment, is scheduled for presentation at Obesity Week in Washington, D.C., from November 14 to 17.

The company is also advancing other pipelines, including a dry eye treatment currently in Phase 2 clinical trials and a lung cancer treatment candidate undergoing non-clinical toxicity testing, with Phase 1 trials targeted for the first half of next year. Huons intends to expand its global research presence by continuing to target central nervous system (CNS) diseases and other innovative drug developments.
