A confrontation between residents and students at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, has gained attention via a viral video. Bri Nunn, a senior at the historically Black university (HBCU), recorded an encounter with a couple living across from the campus in the Chicon neighborhood.

Nunn reported that the couple has been harassing students and faculty by leaving notes on vehicles parked on public streets. The dispute escalated when Nunn informed the residents that the parking was legal. During the exchange, one resident cited the $1.5 million price paid for their home, while the other made disparaging remarks regarding the university’s graduation rates.
