Hvidovre Municipality inaugurates new special education school building

Hvidovre Municipality has inaugurated a new modular school building at Hvidborg to better support children and young people with special needs. The expansion provides eight additional places, allowing for specialized education closer to students' homes, families, and social circles.

The project was completed in under a year through a collaboration between Hvidovre Municipality, the Hvidborg Children's Center management, Landsforeningen Livsværk, Velfærdsbolig.dk, and Cantona System A/S. Mayor Anders Wolf Frisdahl Andresen noted that the new facilities aim to create stability, well-being, and stronger learning environments for individual children.
