Hwang Hee-chan denies fraud allegations in vehicle contract dispute

South Korean national football player Hwang Hee-chan and his agency, B the HCC Corporation, have issued a formal rebuttal against allegations of fraud brought by a protocol vehicle service provider.

The service provider, Bahana, claims it provided 42 vehicles over 15 months under a promotional contract, but alleges that no social media promotion was ever conducted. The company also cited economic losses due to frequent vehicle replacements and damages.

Hwang’s agency maintains that the claims are largely inaccurate and asserts they possess objective evidence, including recordings, to prove the contract ended with a mutual agreement. The agency has filed a countersuit against the provider for defamation, fraud, and the unauthorized use of the player's likeness. They also warned of legal action against the spread of false information and malicious comments online.
